First, some necessary things about allergens. I must mention that as a bakery, I handle food. Some people are allergic to some foods. Therefore, some people may be allergic to some of my food. Cakestruck is a normal bakery and as such, I have onsite such things that include, but are not limited to (that's for you legal minded folks), eggs, flour, milk, nuts, sugar, butter, and so on. I am NOT a gluten free, dairy free or nut free facility. I run a very clean shop, but cross contamination is possible. Please govern yourselves accordingly.
As time goes on I will add some of my favorite rants. Things like when to serve the cake, "I don't like fondant", cake or cupcakes? But now, it's February and I have to book some more summer weddings and start in on my shoebox full of papers that will eventually become my tax return.
Take care and eat more cake!!!
